SHIPPING

All orders will ship within 2-5 days, not including weekends, unless shipping says otherwise. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email for it and then another one for it being shipped off with the tracking details.

RETURN POLICY

Due to Covid, we will not be accepting returns unless the package was not opened by the recipient and/or in the same condition it was sent in (unworn and non defective). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CHANGING YOUR MIND ON THE ORDER

All sales are final. Please double check your order to make sure the product you are purchasing is exactly what you want. If you need to do a return please refer to the return policy above.

EXCHANGES

As said in the return policy, we will not accept returns unless the package is returned in the same condition it was received. It must not have been opened. This goes for exchanges also. Exchanges must be done within 48 hours of arrival. Once the package has arrived in that condition we will process the return and exchange it for the clothing piece you want, given its availability. If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund to you.

If the wrong item was shipped to you, please notify us and we will compare it to the order that was placed and what we sent. If there is a mishap, you will be able to return the product. If it is received damaged, you may be responsible for replacing it. Given the availability of the correct product it is being exchanged for, we will either send you the correct order or issue a refund. Please do this within 48 hours upon receiving the order.

DEFECTS

If the product was received in damaged condition, please contact us. We will ask for an image of the damaged product and upon completion of inspection, we will either issue a refund to you if it is out of stock or send another one of that same product to you.

ITEM WAS NEVER RECEIVED

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for the lost or stolen package.
